Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with school-aged students, ideally across elementary and high school populations
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the individual needs of diverse learners
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and support services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Schedule: Onsite, full-time, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
• Provide direct therapy and targeted skill-building to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
• Engage in school-based meetings, consult with educators, and offer resources to families as needed
• Rotate between both elementary and high school campuses for a varied professional experience
