Drilling Fluids Specialist Location: 100 Spine Rd, Prudhoe Bay, AK 99734 Duration: 6+ Months (W2) Pay Rate: $38.00 - $44.00/hr Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts on a 3x3 rotation Job Summary We are seeking an MI Drilling Fluids Specialist to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) for our customers. In this role, you will execute service delivery, manage operational risk, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Key Responsibilities Service Execution: Ensure accurate, on-time job deliverables and maintain high standards of service delivery execution at the wellsite. Risk & Quality Management: Participate in job risk analyses, self-assessments, wellsite inspections, and continual improvement programs to optimize performance. HSE Compliance: Adhere to all company and regulatory standards, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain up-to-date safety training. Client Relations: Build strong customer contacts to promote company products and services while participating in Service Quality Meetings to action performance improvements. Requirements & Qualifications Industry Experience: Professional background in drilling fluids management, mud engineering, or oilfield service delivery.
