Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and our project managers to keep everyone informed. Prepare and review detailed estimates and reports to ensure all documentation is complete and ready for processing. Manage electronic files and physical records, keeping our system tidy and easy for the team to navigate. Resolve discrepancies in claims data by coordinating directly with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth payouts. Provide warm and clear support to clients who are often navigating stressful situations, acting as their steady point of contact. Requirements Minimum of three years in claims processing or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent.
