Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Ada, Oklahoma. This role involves providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) physical functioning disorders. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Ada, Oklahoma
• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license, 1+ years of occupational therapy experience, long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience, Oklahoma state license, resume, skills checklist within 1 year, 0-1 reference at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or rehabilitation settings.
• Additional Information: Effectively utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. Administers procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly, documents all services thoroughly, and participates in team meetings and training. Supervisory responsibilities include support and oversight of occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students. Compliance with NBCOT and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct is required.
