Service Porter/Car Wash Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Service Porter/Car Wash Attendant at Reynolds GMC in West Covina, California. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a pay range between $16 to $20 per hour paid semimonthly. As a service porter and car wash attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our service department and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Park and retrieve customer vehicles from the service department
• Keep service department area clean, organized, and free of debris
• Primary duty would be to operate car wash equipment and dry vehicles preparing them for customer delivery
• Hand wash vehicles as needed
• Ensure that vehicles are properly detailed and ready for customer pickup
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must possess the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
