The Position
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing a multidisciplinary outpatient facility that treats orthopedic patients ranging in all ages. You will be treating patients in a one-on-one setting in which you will work with the patient throughout their entire session -- this includes manual treatment, exercises, education and more. So what does that mean?

• 60 minutes for an evaluation
• 45 minutes for follow up appointments
• No overlapping appointments/patients
• A goal of 50 visits per week
• True one-on-one care throughout your day

We are looking for an energetic and NJ-licensed physical therapist. The right candidate has a strong  manual-based background, is highly-motivated and looking to push themselves not only as an individual practitioner, but also moving the physical therapy profession forward. Dry needling certification is not required but is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
This is a staff physical therapist position, which means your main focus will be on treating patients and the appropriate documentation. There are opportunities to grow and carve out your specialty within the clinic, but your main priorities are managing your case load when it comes to plans of care and corresponding documentation.

Additionally, we utilize an AI scribe, so your documentation time is cut down drastically in order to provide a great work/life balance.

We additionally offer personal training and a wide-range of recovery modalities (whole body cryotherapy, cold plunge, AlterG, NormaTec, ARRC LED Bed, Infrared Sauna and more).
