HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician
Company: Power Labor USA
Location: Kansas City, MO & Surrounding Metro Area
Pay: $35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Power Labor USA is actively hiring experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technicians for an immediate opportunity in the Kansas City metro area. We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician with strong commercial HVAC and refrigeration knowledge who is ready to get to work right away.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced service technician seeking stable full-time work, a professional environment, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role operating a company vehicle throughout the KC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service work on commercial equipment
• Respond to service calls across the Kansas City metro area
• Maintain professionalism while working independently and with customers onsite
• Accurately document service work and communicate job progress

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment efficiently
• Familiarity with the Kansas City metro area
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to the shop
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
