Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of two years’ recent CVOR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic surgical environments
• Commitment to high standards of patient safety and care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons directly during procedures, maintaining aseptic technique
• Monitor and assess patients’ condition before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-op expectations
