The Civil Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of each project, including ensuring customer satisfaction and controlling the timelines, costs, and quality. The Project Manager ensures the quality of the construction process for all types of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, based on established deadlines. As change is a constant in construction, a key part of this role is foreseeing possible challenges, monitoring and responding to pricing and material availability, and making constant decisions on what to charge for various changes to scope and materials in order to maintain the client relationship and the Fiore & Sons reputation for integrity, while also ensuring project profitability targets are met and any potential losses are minimized. TOTAL COMPENSATION $87,700.00 to $150,800.00 annually
