HR Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Fully in office with flexible hours Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 Bonus: To be established About the Opportunity A growing construction-related organization is seeking an HR Manager to support a rapidly evolving team environment. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with leadership and supporting both office and field employees across HR, payroll, recruiting, compliance, and administrative functions.
