Physician would work Monday through Friday 0800-1630. Patient load approximately 12-14 patients/day. See combination of Hematology and Oncology patients. See all types of cancer. In office procedure Bone Marrow Biopsy, Spinal Tap/Intrathecal Chemo. Call expectations during office closed times i.e. prior to 0800 and after 1630. Weekends and holidays full day call. 1 in 4 rotation. Calls mainly for outpatients and occasional calls from ED providers and hospitalists.
