KBW Financial has partnered with a reputable organization based out of Middlesex County MA that is actively looking to add an AR Administrator to their team! The AR Administrator will report to the AR Manager, and assist with AIA billing, monthly close, and other daily accounting tasks as required. Responsibilities Issue and prepare AIA progress invoices and billing for construction projects in alignment with contract terms Collaborate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and proper documentation support Manage accounts receivable aging, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue invoices Track, apply, and reconcile customer payments, including partial, milestone-based, and progress payments Maintain and process cash receipts while ensuring AR records remain accurate and up to date Oversee lien waivers, retainage tracking, and related compliance documentation Support month-end close activities and assist with financial reporting requirements Communicate directly with clients to resolve billing questions, disputes, and invoice discrepancies All interested candidates should submit resumes in Word format via email to Jimmy Oates at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
