Orthopedist Wilmington DEWe are seeking a compassionate Orthopedist to join our medical practice part time in the Wilmington and Middletown DE area. We value our patients and truly want to listen to them and offer comprehensive care, so we schedule new patient appointments for 30-45 min blocks and follow up appointments in 30 min time frames. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive team to offer our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve! The Physician will be splitting the coverage at our 2 offices in Wilmington and Middletown part time 1-2 days per month.About Us: Our medical office provides high-quality integrated healthcare to people suffering from neuro-musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. Our mission aims to benefit our employees and our communities.Job Duties:Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow upRecommend tests and conducts diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment.Order Diagnostic labs/imaging- in house computerized neurocognitive testingOversee the patient's diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, mild to moderate closed head injuries and post traumatic headachesPrepare patients for return to work after illness or injuryDocumentation - timely and accurateOrder/refer to in house therapiesCollaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient careUphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's goalsRequirements:MD/DO from an accredited educational institutionBCBE OrthopedistUnrestricted license to practice medicine in the States of DEFavorable malpractice historyBasic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationDEA licenseSchedule:Part time (1-2 days per month)No Call or Weekends!Salary:$175-$200 per hour (Depending on experience, credentials)We are looking for an Orthopedist that loves being a part of a team that is driven to help others.
