Night RN Unit Supervisor - Observation Unit

Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor for the Observation Unit. This full-time night role runs 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., with shifts varying. Eligible nurses may receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The Observation Unit, 36 beds near the ED, cares for cardiac, neurological, medical, and surgical patients with a median stay around 25 hours.
