Job Description ProSidian Seeks a Change Management Consultant | Strategic Planning Services [LFCISD0020019] for Program Support on a W-2 exempt basis, located in Los Fresnos, TX 78566, supporting the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) and the broader Southwest Area - Rio Grande Valley Region across the CONUS. The district serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools and has received recognition for academic excellence, including an 'A' rating from the Texas Education Agency and being named a National Advanced Placement District of the Year. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Education and Academia sectors, particularly in functional and technical areas, to support professional services engagements for clients like LFCISD. This role involves strategic planning and change management, with potential for conversion to a full-time employee status. Job Overview The consultant will provide services in change management and strategic planning, focusing on human capital solutions for educational clients such as Los Fresnos CISD. The work involves facilitating strategic planning initiatives, developing actionable plans, and supporting organizational change aligned with district goals. Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate comprehensive strategic planning engagements, integrating organizational strategy, change management, and strategic initiatives management. Develop and implement transition plans to support organizational change. Support educational institutions in managing change initiatives effectively. The position is based at or near Los Fresnos, TX, with the worksite address at 32703 State Highway 100, Los Fresnos, TX 78566. Qualifications Experience leading or supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, or educational reform initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, leadership, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. Skills and Competencies Experience managing transitions within educational or public sector organizations. Proficiency in project management methodologies, leadership, interpersonal skills, time management, and effective communication. Security Clearance Requirements All personnel must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance, maintaining it throughout the contract.
