Job Summary

The Personnel Commission announces an OPEN and PROMOTIONAL recruitment. This recruitment will result in the establishment of one integrated eligibility list. Promotional candidates will have seniority points added to final passing scores (.25 of a point for every year of classified service up to a maximum of 5 points). This list will be used to fill current and future vacancies and will be active for one year or until canceled. There are currently multiple positions open in our Transportation Department. These are 7 hour/day, 11 month position.


Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, operate a school bus over designated routes to transport students safely and efficiently to and from assigned locations; transport school groups on special trips which may be out of town; and assure vehicle safely by performing daily safety inspections and cleaning duties.
