This position is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of loan documents and plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines. **Essential Functions*** Request and track orders of appraisals, title work, flood, and other reports on real estate loans* Review loan documentation requests for accuracy and completion* Prepare loan documents based on officer’s request and verify they are in accordance to loan policy* Balance and prepare settlement statements with title companies for real estate transactions* Communicate loan document information with lenders, loan assistants, and credit administration* Assist in reviewing supporting documents such as title work to ensure that exceptions are cleared prior to loan closing* Ensure each loan has the required loan documents and supporting documents based on loan type to reduce the possibility of loss* Prepare loan documentation including new loan documents, denials, extensions, and deferrals, ensuring all documents are completed on schedule* Schedule loan closings and ensure they are within reasonable expectations that deadlines can be achieved without unnecessary delays* Order post-closing documents in a manner that ensures asset quality is protected## Qualifications**Position Requirements*** High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required* 2 years banking experience preferred* Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel proficiency**Other Requirements*** Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check* This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours* May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events #J-18808-Ljbffr
