Software EngineerIndustry: BankingLocation: Merrimack NH Westlake TXDuration: Long term contractProject: Build Medical / Care Management platform, providing market-leading solution for Utilization Mgmt., Prior Authorization, Case & Disease Management and Concurrent Review.Top Requirements:Geneysys, NuancePython/JavaCI/CDPrimary Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent8+ years hands-on experience as a software engineerDemonstrated experience as engineer responsible designing, developing, testing, supporting, and fixing the Contact Center/Genesys and telephony products.Working knowledge of Genesys suite of products – SIP, Administrator, Management & Conf, Work Force Management, ReportingProficient in Java, Ansible, Python, any programming language and experienced in developing APIs and micro-servicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and applying uDeploy and/or AnsibleProficiency managing, configuring and tuning Linux operating systemsUnderstanding of modern data architecture principals and patternsExpertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automationUnderstanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture to which includes considerations for high availability and business continuity.Familiarity with Docker and container-based development and deployment practices will be a plusWorking with Event Driven Architecture -- Kafka, WebhooksTest Driven Development -- JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) a plusAbility to trouble-shoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stackEither hands-on AWS experience or demonstrated desire to build cloud experience (e.g. certifications, training)Proven ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframesSelf-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn and teach others every dayNote: If you have a current association (client submittal, interview, or active assignment) with Signature Consultants, please let me know right away so we can ensure proper communication amongst our brands.
