Customer Service Associate II

Overview Join to apply for the Customer Service Associate II role at Dollar Tree Stores . Your Role As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include the following: Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards Merchandising and stocking as needed Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash, to keep areas neat and presentable Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment while providing professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets Other duties as assigned Your Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of integrity Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting Your Perks and Benefits We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
