Application Window The application window for this opening will close on 19 Jul 2026. About the Role This is a field‑based role. The Clinical Specialist supports the Pelvic Health groups in surgical coverage, follow‑up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education within a territory. The role requires residence within the territory and a valid driver’s license, with travel outside the territory as part of engagement opportunities. Responsibilities Represent Medtronic Pelvic Health during surgeries and implants by providing all necessary equipment and products required for the implant. Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of implant, follow‑up support, and troubleshooting techniques (e.g., device selection, appropriate programming, correct implantation, and testing). Maintain current knowledge of assigned products, services, and competitive products. Identify needs and teach caregivers and account staff, coordinating one‑on‑one sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars, and symposiums. Assist the district manager and in‑house training department with education/training of new employees (therapy consultants, clinical specialists, field clinical engineers). Provide sales support during or after cases, such as completing documentation (implant registration, temporary ID cards, packing lists) and executing invoices. Place orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement. Maintain open and effective communication with district personnel, customers, and Medtronic employees. Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects at the regional and/or national level. Understand and follow all quality policy/system items applicable, ensuring compliance with quality system procedures. Perform related activities as assigned. Qualifications Must Have High School Diploma or GED + a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience. Associate’s Degree + a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience. Bachelor’s Degree + a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience. Nice to Have Clinical skill and knowledge (e.g., ability to conduct a simple trial, implant, and/or refill a pump). Experience with implantable neuromodulation products and stimulation experience. Urology experience. Experience servicing medical personnel on product use. Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company in specialties such as urology, surgical, RN, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic, operating room, or home health care. Preference given to local candidates and those with Medtronic experience. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. Sponsorship is limited to Principal‑level roles and above. Benefits & Compensation The base salary range (exclusive of Puerto Rico) is $76,000.00 – $114,000.00 USD. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may earn a Sales Incentive Plan and receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, long‑term disability, paid time off, 401(k), and more (details vary by location).
