Position Title: Senior Attorney – Litigation or Real Estate Transactional (Hybrid / Orange County)
\n \nAbout the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an elite, full-service Orange County law firm seeking a Senior Attorney (5–10+ years) specializing in Commercial Litigation or Real Estate Transactions .
\n \nThis firm offers a rare combination in the legal industry: top-of-market compensation, a realistic billable target of 1,700 hours , direct cash incentive bonuses for extra billables, and long-term tenure where attorneys build lasting careers.

- Manageable Workload: 1,700 billable hour requirement. \n
- Direct Financial Rewards: Earn $100/hour for every billable hour logged over 1,700, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus ($5,000 – $15,000). \n
- Modern Hybrid Work: Flexible local-remote setup (1 day/week in Orange County office + local court appearances as needed). \n

Primary Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Manage complex legal matters in either Commercial / Business Litigation or Real Estate from inception to resolution. \n
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and transactional agreements with high precision. \n
- Represent clients in depositions, arbitrations, court proceedings, and contract negotiations. \n
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas in a full-service environment. \n
- Engage in business development and client origination activities (supported by firm resources). \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of practicing experience in Commercial / Busniess Litigation or Real Estate law. \n
- Licensure: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. \n
- Drive: Ambitious attorney seeking high autonomy, long-term growth, and business development potential. \n
- Location: Based in or near Orange County, CA (able to attend office 1 day/week and appear in court locally as required). \n
Salary and Other Compensation
\nThe annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $280,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
