Quality Inspector

Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Inspector to join their team. As a 2nd shift Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd shift Quality Inspector Location: Endicott, NY Pay Range: $21.00- $25.00 DOE Shift: Second Shift What's the Job? Examine raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified criteria. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and various tests to identify defects or deviations from standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conforming products. Report defects to relevant personnel and communicate quality issues effectively. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to develop solutions for quality concerns. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of quality inspector experience in a manufacturing environment required . High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, drop gauges, and measuring microscopes. Ability to read drawings and specifications and interpret requirements accurately.
