Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families to achieve positive outcomes.

Location: Raleigh, NC & Greensboro, NC (Surrounding Areas) Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) Schedule: Flexible Setting: In-Home & School-Based | Outpatient Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in intake assessments and ongoing treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and intervention planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
