• Majority of trucks are from 2017 to 2021.
• Equipped with a 435 HP, 14-Liter Detroit DDC engine.
• Fitted with Eaton Fuller straight 10-speed transmission.
• Features a 70 raised roof double-bunk sleeper cab.
• Rear axle gear ratio of 3.58.
• Engine RPM of 1450 at 65mph.
• Tire size: 295/80R 22.5 low profile.
• All trucks undergo thorough cleaning and detailing by CRST's professional fleet service.

Contractor Compensation:

• Independent contractors receive 70% of gross revenue per load, along with 97% of the fuel surcharge.
• Earnings are approximately $1.20/mile based on current rates.
• Fuel surcharge amount varies based on national fuel prices.
• Enjoy rate increases as CRST secures higher rates from customers.
• Additional compensation of $0.04/mile for hauling Haz-Mat placarded loads.
• Accessorial pay, such as extra stop and detention, is settled at 70% to the independent contractor.
• Fuel discount similar to CRST's company trucks, offering savings at designated fuel stops.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Successful completion of DMV/D.O.T. physical and pre-employment drug screening.
• Good driving record with a minimum of 18 months US driving experience in the last 3 years.
• All criminal convictions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
