RN Ambulatory - Outpatient Heart Failure

About This Role As an RN in the Ambulatory Outpatient Heart Failure unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, assisting fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $49.90 per hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans. Administer medication and treatments. Initiate CPR and other emergency measures. Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider of abnormal findings. Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment. Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education, and provide it to patients and families. Cover other nursing roles within the department. Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required. Experience One year of recent experience as an RN required. Experience in Cardiology preferred. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association certification within six months of hire required.
