Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician IVSHIFT: M-F 1 PM-9:30 PM Overtime as needed. PAY: Starting $30.50 plus $1.00 shift differential In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You'll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. See something, say something, do something.Reliable and consistent attendance and work performancePerform regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipmentTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery issues to ensure machinery uptimePerform in-field modifications to machinery and facility infrastructureKeep accurate records of maintenance work, parts, calibrations, and testingEffectively communicate across all departments and shiftsPrioritize work requirements and demands to ensure plant successRequired Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or olderHigh school degree or equivalentMinimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experienceAble to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructionsBasic computer, math, and critical thinking skillsKnowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentMust be a team player and willing to collaborate with plant personnelAbility and willingness to learn and grow within the rolePreferred Experience:3+ years' experience working in an industrial maintenance settingAbility to read, follow, and modify electrical prints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.Prior experience in mechanical and electrical equipment competencies including 480V 3-phase, HVAC, boilers, motor control systems, PLC/automation, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, basic fabrication, and CMMS systemsFamiliarity of industrial instrumentation/process controlPhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 50 poundsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are presentAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
