Earn salary to $100,000 plus commission in your first year, with $300,000+ long-term potential. You’ll have a solid base salary and unlimited commission, so your income will grow as your client base does. This isn’t about high volume cold-calling. It’s about building real relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to business owners and C-level executives.

You’ll work in a way that suits you: no endless travel, no pressure to be in the office all the time, and plenty of time to focus on what matters. You’ll have a support team behind you, so you’re not doing everything alone.

What you’ll do

You’ll bring in new business by connecting with medium-to-large companies and helping them understand the best ways to protect their assets. You’ll shape your own approach, using your strengths to build trust and close deals.

Some of what you’ll focus on:

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and referrals.
• Work with a team to create tailored risk solutions for your clients.
• Be active in the local business community and build a strong network.

What you’ll need

• Strong sales skills and a track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• The ability to get a state Property & Casualty insurance license before you start or within 30 days of joining.
• Access to the Newton, KS office (especially important for your success in your first year).

No previous insurance experience is needed - you’ll get all the training and support to build that expertise.
