About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team at Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare. As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum for infants

Provide care and support for infants' physical, emotional, and social development

Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on infant's progress

Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap time routines

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 semester college credits

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting

Knowledge of infant development and care practices

Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor

Strong communication and teamwork skills
