You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. The base pay is $15 per hour, but the expectation—and opportunity—is that the majority of your income will come from commissions based on sales performance. Team members who meet only the minimum expectations typically earn around $50,000 annually, with significant potential for growth beyond that. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to obtain insurance licenses.
