Job Description Use height gauges, calipers, hammers, and precision fixtures to adjust aluminum and copper parts to blueprint-defined tolerances. Responsibilities Maintain production fixtures and equipment Maintain cleanliness of production equipment or work area Document all production and production losses Maintain communication as related to process and equipment Review data to ensure product quality during production Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility. Experience using precision measurement tools such as height gauges, calipers, and mechanical fixtures. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience manipulating metal parts to tight tolerances. Experience working with aluminum and copper materials preferred. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and repeatability. Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformance to specifications. Comfortable documenting measurements and work performed per quality procedures. Understanding of shop safety practices and proper tool handling. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams. About Frontgrade
