I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work.” -Arrow Team Member Position Senior Living Coordinator Location Hilliard, OH Compensation Salary Range: $46,800 to $69,100 Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday with alternating weekends Responsibilities Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time. Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into the database and that leads are provided all necessary and helpful information about senior living, as well as next‑step options in their current search. Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base. Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events. Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record as required by the insurance carrier’s policy. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th‑grade proficiency. Possess clear verbal and written communication skills. Have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents! Be professional in appearance and conduct. Follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills when needed. Must be criminally cleared. Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Physical health must be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment and must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
