Key Responsibilities Perform venipunctures, capillary punctures, and specimen collection in accordance with VA standards. Properly label and handle samples for laboratory analysis. Maintain accurate patient records and follow strict infection control protocols. Provide compassionate and professional care to veterans. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff to ensure quality patient care. Requirements Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred. Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong venipuncture skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient interaction.
