Quality Assurance Specialist

Our client, a leading healthcare technology and medical devices company , is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality, Operations, and Training Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent communication skills , and analytical problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Covington, GA
Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform quality assurance evaluations using Microsoft Forms and other quality monitoring tools.
• Monitor interactions and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and service quality.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with management and training teams.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience (non-warehouse environment).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10.
• Experience evaluating performance metrics, scorecards, or quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
