Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position starts on 07/06/2026 and offers a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

- Location: Fort Worth, Texas
- Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active applicable license for Texas, CPR certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The candidate will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans focused on patient progression toward discharge, complete accurate medical record documentation, participate in student programs, and pursue professional development. Compliance with state practice acts and licensure requirements is essential.
