This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding role, providing essential care in a 25-bed facility within a Critical Access Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. You will collaborate with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in our facility. Key Responsibilities: Performs the primary functions of a registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients ages newborn through geriatric. Responsible for meeting established standards of nursing care. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery processes. Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients. Assist with airway management and other critical interventions as necessary. Document all patient interactions accurately in the medical records system.
