This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own environment while also engaging with clients in our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate treatment efforts and share insights on patient care.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

• Offer education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field, integrating new evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, candidates with relevant Master's or Doctoral degrees are encouraged to apply.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
