The organization promotes a positive work environment through teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a strong focus on professional support and work life balance.Level IV Trauma CenterLevel II Stroke Center12 Hour Shifts9 BedsHow you'll contributeAn ED RN who excels in this role:Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Documents patient care provided.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
