With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist.**Position Responsibilities*** Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.* Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.* Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.* Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.* Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.
