Remote IT Operations Engineer - Support, Automation & Security

Finom is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Support specialist to empower employees across our growing fintech platform. You’ll own the employee IT experience, from onboarding to laptop issues, in a fast-paced environment. This role covers Windows/macOS troubleshooting, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace and M365 administration, JumpCloud MDM and basic scripting, with focus on security and SLAs.
