Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of logistics, material flow, and inventory management
• Familiarity with safety regulations and 5S principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound, sorting, and outbound warehouse operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to drive performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Support inventory accuracy and reduce operational waste
• Maintain workflow efficiency and meet service level expectations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
