Job Description Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support program-level administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective planning, tracking, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support program planning activities including roadmap development and cross-team dependency management Track and report weekly program status Manage and ensure completion of documentation, action items, and approvals Monitor program spending, metrics, and performance reporting Maintain oversight of requirements, risks, issues, funding, and documentation Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, notices, and minutes Prepare and distribute program objectives, reports, schedules, and plans Track tasks and action items critical to project success Manage program and project changes as required Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, clients, and vendors Provide schedule updates to stakeholders and support organizations Required Skills: Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances) Experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure Understanding of project management processes and principles Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
