About the team: The Claims Management team specializes in managing workers’ compensation and general liability claims with precision and professionalism. Team members collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and compliant claim resolution. Emphasizing clear communication, thorough documentation, and proactive handling of complex cases, the team supports business goals through sound judgment and strong relationships. What you'll do: Develop and execute investigative plans tailored to varying case types and business unit contexts. Gather, evaluate, and analyze case materials, including conducting interviews and reviewing findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate recommendations and align case actions with business expectations. Provide expert guidance on corrective action implementation and support leaders in case-related communications. Identify opportunities to improve investigative protocols and processes, offering actionable solutions. Monitor case progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support effective case management and resolution.
