Sign-on Bonus $30,000. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal MedicinePhysician to provide comprehensive primary care services for Institutional in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellentopportunity to practice value-based medicine, focusing on preventive care,chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination formedically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Active Arizona medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience caring forgeriatric, post-acute care, SNF, LTC, or medically complex patient populationsis preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment,communication, and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to deliveringcompassionate, patient-centered care
