Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or contractor activity in accordance with site policies, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them to site leadership as appropriate.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and completing accurate reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
