Las Palmas Medical Center seeks a New Grad RN Resident for our Med Surg unit. In this nurse residency, you’ll transition from student to independent clinician through a structured program combining classroom instruction, simulation, and precepted bedside practice. You’ll provide safe, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. You’ll benefit from mentoring, ongoing feedback, and strong support in a collaborative, patient-centered culture committed to safety, diversity, and professional growth.
