Position Overview

Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on adult and pediatric primary care within mission-driven community health environment Flexible scheduling structure offering 4-day or 5-day work week options Sustainable outpatient workload with maximum patient volume of 18 patients daily Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations within collaborative care model Established community healthcare organization with strong provider support structure

Compensation

Base salary: $203,734-$233,216 annually Quarterly bonus incentives Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

Schedule

Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week Outpatient-only structure No call responsibilities No weekends
