Community Treatment Solutions (CTS) program CTS specializes in working with youth who are at risk for out of community placement. These youth have had multiple failures in other settings or may be ready to be reintegrated into the community from residential programs. Our work with this population is strengths-based and provides multi-disciplinary and multidimensional individualized interventions for youth who present with complex issues. CTS is an expert in implementing state of the art and flexible interventions that involve traditional and nontraditional resources and stakeholders in the youth’s welfare. Supervision for licensure (LCSW/LPC) provided! CEUs provided and paid for; paid training days included 3.2 weeks PTO in first year / 4 Floating Holidays / 9 Agency Holidays Annual Retention Bonus Salary: Starting at $65000 - $75000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure Hours: This is a 40-hour full-time benefitted position Caseload of 6 youth Job Summary Create and manage a safe and positive residential treatment environment. Ensure the therapeutic setting is positive, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate, aligned with Legacy Treatment Services' values and treatment philosophy. Meet all administrative, legal, and program requirements set by operating contracts and regulatory bodies (e.g., OOL, DCP&P, COA). Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a resident’s clinical treatment, including providing individual, family, and group therapy as part of the treatment plan in collaboration with the treatment team. Responsibilities Training and Program Development Quality Improvement and Compliance Treatment Planning and Coordination Counseling and Therapy Case Management Professional Development Other Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, or other closely related field. Possess the appropriate licenses and certifications, e.g. LSW, LCSW or LAC, LPC Participate in a minimum of twelve hours of training per year and assist in the training of Legacy Staff.
