The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides guidance and supervision to clinical team members, facilitates treatment planning and case consultations, monitors quality standards, coordinates community partnerships, and supports continuous program improvement. Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:Lead and provide clinical oversight for a co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health treatment program to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members through regular supervision, performance evaluations, training plans, and professional development opportunities.Facilitate clinical case staffing meetings, diagnostic disposition meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions to support effective treatment planning and service delivery.Provide direct clinical services including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy based upon program and client needs.Collaborate with healthcare providers, referral sources, community partners, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and support positive client outcomes.Monitor service delivery, clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance, quality, accuracy, and clinical appropriateness.Conduct record reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.Develop and maintain program schedules and operational processes that effectively meet client needs while protecting client rights and promoting successful treatment outcomes.Manage staffing coverage, approve time-off requests, and coordinate resources to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.Assist with budget oversight, fiscal projections, service utilization reviews, and responsible management of program resources.Respond to client crises, support incident management processes, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives, evaluate program performance indicators, and assist leadership with departmental reporting requirements.Establish and maintain productive relationships with referral sources and community organizations to enhance access to services.Monitor program environments for safety, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness.Support organizational goals, strategic initiatives, and other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health, including one (1) year of supervisory experience;OR· Counselor, Psychologist, or Physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.OR· Qualified Mental Health Professional meeting one of the following criteria:Physician licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy with training in mental health.Psychiatrist licensed under applicable state law.Psychologist licensed under Missouri state law with specialized mental health training.Professional Counselor licensed under applicable state law with specialized mental health training.Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Guidance, Behavioral Health Counseling, Vocational Counseling, Psychology, Pastoral Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field with successful completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of supervised experience under a mental health professional.Additional Qualifications:Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance.Demonstrated knowledge of clinical best practices related to mental health and substance use disorder treatment.Strong leadership, staff development, supervision, coaching, and performance management skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships with community stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, implement corrective action plans, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.Physical RequirementsPerform sedentary work involving exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.Use hands, fingers, and arms frequently for typing, writing, and computer-based work activities.Sit for extended periods throughout the workday.Occasionally walk or stand for brief periods as
