Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With a flexible schedule of 30-35 hours per week across 3-4 days, you’ll be part of an energetic educational environment where your skills make a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Prior experience in school-based OT roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse ages and student needs
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Consult with educators and parents to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support each pupil’s growth
  • Adjust interventions as needed to promote student participation and independence in school activities
