This senior, full-time role reports directly to the Executive Director and combines direct patient care with significant leadership and administrative responsibilities.### Key Responsibilities* Provide comprehensive, family-oriented primary care to patients across all life stages and genders* Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all licensed independent providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, behavioural health professionals) and contractors* Collaborate with the Director of Health Center Operations to achieve clinical, financial, and operational objectives* Lead implementation and execution of the health center's programme strategies across clinical, operational, and financial areas* Oversee quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives* Ensure delivery of comprehensive, accessible, and culturally competent care to IMAN's diverse inner-city patient population### Required Qualifications* MD or DO from an accredited medical school* Completed residency in family medicine or related primary care field* Current board certification or eligibility* Valid and active medical licence to practise in Illinois### Preferred Qualifications* Leadership experience in community health or FQHC settings### Compensation & Details$200,000–$230,000 per year.
